ONE LIFE privacy policy
ONE LIFE is operated by Tracksmith Software Limited, trading as Standard28. Contact: support@standard28.com.
Scope
This notice explains how ONE LIFE handles information in the current release candidate and how we handle support messages. It is separate from the Standard28 website privacy notice.
Progress on your device
ONE LIFE stores your profile, settings, run history, daily-life state, Survival progress and stash locally on your device. It has no app-specific account or developer-operated game server. Your Apple device backup settings may affect whether app data is included in backups. Deleting the app or its local data can remove progress and unspent consumable lives. We cannot retrieve local progress from a developer game server.
Apple purchases
Apple processes purchases. ONE LIFE uses Apple StoreKit product, transaction and entitlement information to deliver content, restore permanent purchases and handle entitlement changes such as refunds. A local purchase wallet records transaction identifiers and consumable-credit delivery so purchases are not delivered twice. Unspent consumable daily lives remain on the purchasing device. We do not receive payment-card details through the app. Apple manages payment records under its own policies. Permanent purchases can be restored using the same Apple Account.
Optional Game Center
If you use Game Center, ONE LIFE can send your scores to Apple and display leaderboard information. Your Game Center identity may be visible to other players through Apple's service. The app stores pending scores with a Game Center player identifier locally so it can retry submissions for the appropriate player. Manage Game Center through your device settings. Playing does not require Game Center sign-in.
Analytics and diagnostics
The current app has no third-party advertising or analytics SDK. The app does not send analytics to a developer-operated endpoint. Apple can provide app analytics, purchase reports and diagnostics according to its services and your settings. This is not a promise that Apple collects no information. See Apple's privacy policy: Apple privacy policy.
Beta testing
If you use TestFlight, Apple may share testing information with the developer, including crash logs, usage information and feedback; this can include your name or email address. We use testing information to investigate issues and improve the app. Apple's TestFlight notice explains its handling: Apple TestFlight privacy notice.
Contacting support
When you email support@standard28.com, your email address, message and any attachments are delivered to the Standard28 support mailbox managed by Darren. We use them to respond, investigate issues and keep a record of support history. Email infrastructure providers process messages to deliver and store them. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or Apple verification codes. Screenshots and diagnostics are optional; remove unrelated personal information before sending them.
Support correspondence currently has no routine deletion schedule and remains in the mailbox unless deleted. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing support@standard28.com. Any applicable obligation to retain particular records will be considered when responding. Local app data is retained on your device until removed or replaced; Apple's records follow Apple's retention practices.
Your choices and rights
You can play without Game Center, manage Apple service settings, and choose whether to email us or send beta feedback. For personal information we hold, contact support@standard28.com to request access, correction or deletion, or raise a concern. Rights depend on the circumstances and applicable law. UK users can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office: ICO complaints.
Updates
We will update this page when these practices change. Last updated: 7 October 2026.
