Help for ONE LIFE: Daily Run. The public App Store release is not yet confirmed; this guide describes the current release candidate.

When does the daily run reset?

Your free daily challenge life resets at midnight UTC. That may differ from midnight where you live. Practice does not spend your daily life.

Why can’t I enter Survival?

Survival has its own free entry every 24 hours. Check its countdown on the entry screen. This timer is separate from daily challenge lives. Buying daily challenge lives does not unlock Survival, and there are no paid Survival retries in the launch offering.

How do I restore purchases?

For permanent purchases such as runner skins or the Founder Pack, use Restore Purchases in Shop or Settings with the same Apple Account used to buy them. Apple product availability is still being verified for launch.

Where are my extra lives?

Unspent purchased daily lives are stored on the device where they were delivered. They can remain unspent across a daily reset; at most three paid daily attempts can be used each UTC day. Consumable credits do not restore to another device. Don’t delete the app while investigating missing credits: removing local data can remove progress and those credits. Contact support if a completed purchase has not arrived.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are processed by Apple. Visit Apple’s Report a Problem service to request a refund. Apple decides eligibility.

Does Survival use multiplayer?

No. Survival is solo against nine AI opponents. Extract to bank carried loot; death loses unbanked items.

Do I need Game Center?

You can play without signing in. Game Center is optional. Live leaderboard operation is still being verified for release.
