Privacy notice for Standard28.

This notice explains how Standard28 collects, uses, and protects your information across this website and its connected products.

What this notice covers

This notice applies to the Standard28 website (standard28.com), all enquiry and signup forms, the admin dashboard, and product pages for Rarewax, NO>EXCUSES, and PROTOCOL.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you submit through enquiry or mailing list forms, including your name, email address, and any message content you provide.
  • Project information you choose to share, such as company name, budget range, timeline, and build requirements.
  • Form metadata including the page you submitted from, your selected interests, and enquiry type.
  • Technical data processed automatically: your IP address (stored as a one-way hash for rate limiting only), browser user agent, and Cloudflare Turnstile verification status.

How we use your information

  • To respond to enquiries, assess project fit, and follow up on consultancy requests.
  • To send mailing list updates where you have given consent by signing up.
  • To prevent abuse through IP-based rate limiting (20 submissions per hour). We hash your IP address and do not store it in plain text.
  • To verify form submissions are from real users via Cloudflare Turnstile, an invisible challenge that does not track you across sites.

How we store your data

Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and serverless functions run on Cloudflare Workers. All data is processed within Cloudflare's infrastructure.

Third-party services

  • Cloudflare — hosting, serverless functions, D1 database, Turnstile verification, and Access authentication for admin routes.
  • Google Fonts — web fonts loaded from Google's CDN. Google may collect standard usage data as described in their privacy policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site does not set first-party cookies. Cloudflare may set functional cookies required for security and performance. Turnstile may set a session cookie as part of its verification process.
